Greetings from Berkeley!

It is mid-summer and we are finally having some great weather here in California. The days are long and we are all enjoying getting out and it not be raining. This year I have been busy producing some new work with a different look which you can view below. The idea of placing animals in abstract backgrounds has been with me for some time and I had done some experiments with this look a few years ago. I am pleased with these and the more austere look of the paintings that now emphasize the animals in their own right, without a specific narrative or the visual complication of a landscape in the background.

We have also recently released some new Limited Edition Prints and in particular, The Enchantment, which continues my theme of bears surrounded by butterflies. There is now a complete catalog of my completed paintings on my website and an up to date listing of available originals.

These new paintings allow me to present these spirit guides to viewers in a more direct and compelling manner. Chloe Fine Art in San Francisco is representing these works.

New Galleries in Las Vegas, Texas and Alaska

I am so pleased to announce three new members of our family of fine art galleries. My work is now available in Las Vegas in 2 locations at Wyland Galleries, and in Texas at Frameit Art in Midland. Also in one of my favorite states, Alaska, at The Russian America company in Sitka.

2012 Calendar now available.

My first calendar featuring rabbits is now available from Pomegranate and even though it seems early, my advice is to order this soon as their calendars sell out and are then only available at certain retail outlets. And thinking of later in the year there will also be a new Holiday card, The Dancing Wolves and this is already available here!
